This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases from us, unless stated otherwise.

 

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, and you may want to return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, we require the below fields before the return process can begin.

a) Proof of Purchase (Invoice)

b) Photo of the product

c) Email to be sent to retail.care@glendimplex.com.au must include

  • Name (First & Last)
  • Photos of damaged/faulty products,
  • Contact information (contact number)

Email your return claim to customer service on retail.care@glendimplex.com.au with the above information. Make sure to place the item securely in its original packaging.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS:
CHANGE OF MIND

In the event that you receive the products or service which you purchased, as stated, but you simply changed your mind, we may, at our discretion, offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

  1. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
  2. The product has not been used
  3. The product has not been damaged by owner.
  4. The product must be returned with its original receipt
  5. The product must be returned in its original packaging
  6. You must present a government issued identification document at the time of return.

In the event in a change of mind return you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS:

a) In the event that a product which you ordered is damaged during delivery: Please contact us as soon as possible with the below fields.

  • Proof of Purchase (Invoice)
  • Photo of the product (A photo must be taken of the damaged product)
  • Email to be sent to sales@crossray.com.au must include:
    • Name (First & Last)
    • Photos of damaged/faulty products,
    • Contact information (contact number)

b) Any damaged product must be retuned in the condition that it was in when you received it, together with any packaging and other items which you received with the damaged product unless stated otherwise.

c) Will organise and pay for the inspection, postage, shipping, transportation, or collection of the product or provide a refund, provided that you contact within the following time for the date you received the product: 7 Days.

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases from us, unless stated otherwise.

(1) CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY

At Glen Dimplex New Zealand, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We offer refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Policy.

Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to consumer’s rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

Please read this Policy before making a purchase, so that you understand your rights as well as what you can expect from us in the event that you are not happy with your purchase.

(2) New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)

(a) Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) Law: Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under theConsumer Guarantees Act (CGA). For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

    • to cancel your service contract with us; and
    • to a refund for the unused portion, to compensation for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in goods or service.

All returns for refund must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or refund. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to provide a repair, replacement or refund for a product or service you purchased if:

a) You misused the said product in a way which caused the problem.

b) You knew or were made aware of the problem(s) with the product or service before you purchased it.

c) You asked for a service to be done in a certain manner, or you asked for alterations to a product, against our advice, or you were unclear about what you wanted.

d) Any other exceptions apply under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
